I love this butt plug! It's thin at the end, graduating to a nice thick feel and it has a flared portion with an indentation next to it that helps to keep the plug in place. (So many anal toys do not have this important part.) And it's so slippery smooth - I've tried some anal toys that looked smooth but had sharp edges ... OUCH! ... not this one. It is so soft, yet firm at the same time and it feels great going in - and out! The smaller tip makes insertion much easier than with a plug tha!
