Can I use lube with my toys?

Absolutely! But, again, it depends on what type of material your toy is made out of. There are several types of lubes: water-based, oil-based, silicone-based and flavored. Water-Based lubes are the most common type of lubrication used today. Containing mostly water, water-based lubes won't stain your lingerie or sheets and you can use them with all sex toys. Silicone-based lubes are a higher end version of water-based lube. All the ingredients are the same, except that silicone lubes don't have any water and are completely waterproof. Oil-based lubes are not recommended for use with sex toys. Oil-based lubes are okay for self-pleasure but they often leave an oily residue, can be difficult to wash off your body parts, too. Oil-based lubes are not compatible with latex sex toys or condoms either.
